Trailer Street Fighter V – Dhalsim Reveal Trailer

Written by Twisted Ideas

Look who’s back. Arguably the most annoying character to fight against, Dhalsim is back with a whole new bag of tricks and rocking a wicked beard. On top of his long limbs and teleports, Dhalsim has new Yoga Fire traps. One is an arcing ball of fire, another is a his Yoga Flame that launches from the ground and can be used in the air and what seems to be is V-Skill is a flame carpet that unblockable but deals no hit stun either. He also has a phasing move that looks like his teleport stance. He can delay is movements in the air and even shift himself. Characters who could change trajectory in the air always throws people off. Dhalsim looks like he’ll be a monster in Street Fighter V and maybe even fun to play for once.

There are several new areas and some enemies that all look fairly impressive for an MMO. MMO expansions always bring people back into the game and sometimes get some people into them.

Theatrhythm_Final_Fantasy_Logo

The Final Fantasy series has been making enemies of their fans. Whether it be its main games failing to deliver on what fans want or the numerous spin offs that are ignored, fans are becoming tired of waiting for something  good from the franchise. While I don’t totally agree with the vocal fans Theatrhythm Final Fantasy has caught my attention. It combines my love of Final Fantasy music and rhythm games. Is this mishmash a good thing on another product waiting to be ignored?

Review Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater HD

Written by Twisted Ideas

It’s no secret that the Tony Hawk’s series has fallen from grace over the years. Depending who you ask the series started to decline at a couple of different points. Some people thought after THPS 2, while some thought after Underground and for me was after Underground 2. The only thing that saved American Wasteland for me was the online play and I thought Project 8 dismal. After the failed attempt with the skateboard peripheral after Tony Hawk: Ride  Activision announced at last year’s E3 Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater HD a re-imaging of the first two games. Tony Hawk’s arcade-like skateboarding series has bailed long ago but is THPS HD a clean landing?
