I occasionally put up trailers on games that I’m interested in but it seems more efficient to put multiple in a single post. So at the end of each week I gather up a few trailers that I find, say my two cents and post them all here for your convenience.
I don’t know if Bandai Namco knows what the word ultimate means but for some reason I don’t think that this will be the last Naruto fighting game.
We get a lot of zombie related media to the point where the zombie as ac concept has become boring. There are somethings that can do the zombie well and House of the Dead: Overkill is one game that does and can make it fun at the same time. As a parody of the series Overkill has turned the series from laughably bad to laughably fun. Originally on the Wii the game has been re-released several times on most platforms on at least something you would own.
The Warner Bros booth showed off a new zombie horror game Dying Light. Developed by Techland the developers of Dead Island created a new game similar yet separate to the series. Dying Light introduces new mechanics to the zombie survival genre.
The last episode for The Walking Dead The Game was just released wrapping up this season. Earlier this year I wasn’t sure if I could recommend buying the season just based on the first episode. Now that episode five has been released I know for certain whether it is worth the investment.
Resident Evil is back again more ambitious than ever. There are more characters and intersecting stories lines as well as brining names and faces from the past. Does one of our oldest zombie killing games deliver or should this have stayed dead.
Early this week the Resident Evil 6 demo was released on the Playstation Network and Xbox Live Arcade. It’s very uncharacteristic of Capcom to release demos but take it as gift to try out their next big title. Have they changed up the formula or will we see another clone of Resident Evil 4.
Suda 51 is creator of Killer 7 and No More Heroes is back with his latest game Lollipop Chainsaw. It seems in popular culture you can’t turn you head and see something about zombies. Again zombies have invaded our video games along with gratuitous amounts of blood and sex appeal. Suda 51 has always been about a unique sense of style but is a game about zombies and cheerleaders have it or is this better left for the dead?

Following in the success of the comics and the television series Telltale Games has taken the franchise and made it into a game. Telltale is best known for the their episodic adventure games (Sam & Max, Tales of Monkey Island, Back to the Future) and has achieved high levels of acclaim. Is taking The Walking Dead to the video game frontier a good idea or will the series die out before it even gets started.
